Joseph P. RICKARD
passed away on Wednesday morning, May 16, 2018 at the age of 49. Joe was born on April 29, 1969 in Colorado Springs, CO., son of Ray and Helene Popovich Rickard. Joe is pre-deceased by his father, Ray and brothers, John and Ronald. He is survived by his mother, Helene; sons Joseph Jr. and Jaymes Rickard; sisters, Kathleen Tucker, Jeane Peterson, Ann (Kevin) Elmore, Colleen (John) Rapp, Debbie Rickard (Bruce Laurie); brothers, Ray (Jeanette) Rickard, Robert (Joyce) Rickard, Russell (Kim) Rickard, Thomas (Richel) Rickard; loving companion, Jennifer Minnier and her children, and several extended family members. Relatives and friends are invited to Sullivan’s Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 3PM - 6PM with Funeral Service to follow at 6PM with Fr. Steve Lape. He was a loyal fan of the Raiders Football Team and loved family bomb fires and barbecuing. He had many accomplishments in his lifetime, but the respect of those who knew him was the greatest of all. May he rest in peace and be remembered as a wonderful man. We will all miss you and never stop loving you.
