JoAnn C. Baker
died peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2018 after a long illness and a valiant battle with cancer. She was born on November 24, 1962 in Montour Falls, NY, daughter of Gary and Carol Tarbox Osborn. She preferred a quiet life and loved time spent with family, her garden and her dog and cat. JoAnn is survived by her husband Duane Baker; children, Danielle and Michelle Vitulli; step daughter, Danielle Stampp; grandchildren, Isaiah and Logan; both parents; siblings Matt Osborn, Sue Osborn, Chris Osborn, Deanna (Jhan) Maki and Leeanne Osborn and several extended family members. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan’s Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 3PM-5PM with her Funeral Service to follow.
